This transposition guide covers the key articles of the Pay Transparency Directive of 2023 for the purpose of transposing them effectively to national legislation. This guide specifically aims to make the Directive transposed in a manner that it acts as a tool to tackle the gender pay gap and achieve its target on providing more transparency on the remuneration of workers.
